Abandoned Structures in Rio Gallegos

Rio Gallegos is a small port town, quoted by the Lonely Planet as having “few attractions for travellers.” I really enjoyed my stay though, because I stumbled on these beautiful desolate factory structures near the coast. These pictures, taken on my smartphone, lent themselves really well to a lomographic style editing. As you can see, this concentrates the blue and green hues, and has a high contrast which often blows out the lighter areas. It also adds a partial blur and vignette effect to the outer edges of the photographs.
